I, Priyank Kumar Jain would like to bring it to your kind notice that I ordered “ LAVA E-TAB Z 7 H†by having a great level of trust on your ratings & customer service from your website Timtara.com on 6th September 2010 via using my credit card for Rs.4740/-. I was given an assurance by your so called website that the product would be delivered within 3 weeks of time,I too received a email in this regard from your side. I was dreaming the privileges of my dream tablet but the enjoyment could not sustain for long, during the three week time I didn’t get any call or mail from your side, I approached your call centre and they too didn’t help me with any sort. I was welcomed & greeted well with many sugar coated promises & with that I would get it in 2 days 3 days etc.
Iam writing this with a sour throat that things started turning dark & ended up topsy-turvy. My beliefs & regards towards the so called Timtara,were shattered & stamped by your reckless call center employee.
Compensation of Rs.10,000- for my physical stress & mental agony or my product in good condition asap.
1. A valuable explanation & a suitable compensation for the loss of my business during that tenure & treated as a no one by your customer care agents Ms.Anju & some floor supervisor Mr.Yash.
For your reference, I am attaching the screenshots of the transactions and complaints with this mail.
Expecting a soothing solution & maintain a fair trust on you & your company products. In the event of failure, I am left only with the option of moving to consumer court for justice. Knowing the consequences of legal proceedings & for retaining your valuable customer I believe that you would fulfill my demands.
