My BB 9860 suddenly went dead, so I went to the local BB centre her in Nagpur, India for getting it repaired. The local staff informed that the same would be sent to Bangalore for repairs or replacement as same was under BB warranty policy. And that the same would be done in max 15 days. After the complition of the stipulated time I have making daily rounds to their office all in vain. They are absolutely clue less about the status and have been not able to give a correct and justified solution for the same.
My BB 9860 purchase date is 12-10-2011 from Croma,Faridabad.
