With Reference to Below Query / Grievances “ MENTAL AGONY / HUMILATION “ as No Response from MTS “ KILLING TIME GAINING TIME “ as I redo like to mention that today i.e. 10/07/2013 I went to Kasba MTS shop Kolkata – 700107 West Bengal and was astonished to hear the Answer to Conversation with the Shop owner and his Staff that MTS had never launch any GSM+CDMA Phone with tie up with NOKIA and with Price range Rs 1700/- and I might be confused mistaken then I think all the people living near Mauha Cinema Hall , Garia Kolkata – 700084 too might be from 2012 end to May / June 2013 Illusion ate of 3 floor AD with picture and name of Mobile set with Film Star Amir khan Bhanja .
Its right place to mention that shop owner Showed me " KIRAN SICT " WHICH TOO AND ONLY Set launch via MTS with dual Facility whose Price is Rs 1700/- GSM + CDMA .
If Show then what about Ad seen in Garia or Same do set seen with Personal Eye “NOKIA GSM + CDMA RS 1700/- Model No?? S1CTCC007 “at Gariahat your mention Shop Send via you on June 2013 & too had 3ice Queried MTS Customer Care in June 2013.
Please improve your Service than Excuse of LIES as Customer is aware of there RIGHTS.

As Per Your 3ice Call to 155 from 04/06/13 at 10:10 PM and Confirmation With the Shop owner 109/A, Rasbehari Avenue ,Kol- 29 I Went to Purchase the Imran Khan Ad Dual SIM ( GSM+CDMA) Set but Was Excuses to Misbehave, Humiliated on Pretext of Extra?? than the Rate when Set was Available as me Mine Self Seen [the staff call to his owner to sell the set but owner excuse to him " NOT TO " as cause...to him telephonic] (Hoarding) thus had lead to Mine Time Energy Money to Monitory Loss Yesterday as Same Excuse on Call your 155 at about 06:00 PM and Same too Much at 08:11 PM.
Therefore Request you to Provide me the SET with Compensation amount of Rs 100/- as Mine Travel Expenses etc and a Shop Address were Credit Card is Accepted to Proof the Price if Not "BILL ONE" Price Extra than the Billed amount on Document.
