I am writing this complaint for two products that I bought from Mr.Light, their LED flashlight and emergency lamp. They were purchased on 19/04/2013 and within one month the flashlight stopped recharging, I tried calling the cust Kare number numerous times but always kept on hold or given useless replies like a member of customer care will contact you shortly. They never call back. Then almost a week later the emergency stopped charging as well. Tried contacting customer care and same response, now I've thrown them away and bought new ones from a better company. Mr.light products don't have any quality, the products felt very light and soft , as if it was made of cheap plastic. Would never recommend their products to anyone after pops customer service.

Two much time I will complaint but nothing reply from yourside.so I will take legle action of your company.
sir , i bought mr light flashlight, from dubai international airport duty free, with in one month the switch will be not working, what i can do? if any servicing center in kerala? pls send the address and phone number
I brought 3 bldc fan from malappuram budget shop .
2 of them are OK but 1 of the fan not working .i already registered my before 2 weeks . And i followups it every day to know the arrangements. Bur there have no updation form your customer relation team .
Pls clear my concern as soon as possible
