I am Preeti and bought a Alexia product for weight loss suppliment online from Brandz Cart last month on June 15 & was delivered to me on 20th June, Dr Swati Goyal told me after using the product if no changes in 21 days a full money back guarantee. l paid Rs 4500/-, Swati has said that if don't loose weight in a month she will return the money with full guarantee. I didn't even loose 1-kg . So when I am contacting the Brandz cart company or Dr Swati Goyal today they are not giving a good response, when I spoke to them of my money. I even have their phone nos & her whatsapp no. Of in which they mentioned of the money Back guarantee. I called Dr Swati Goyal many times today & also contacted Aditi on their website through chat, she said she will arrange for call back but no one called, even Dr Swati said she will arrange for call back no one called back. Aditi from the website she gave me healthcare professional no but response.
I checked the same product of Alexia online on Amazon.com the capsule is different, I have a screenshot with me for the same.
I am not able o upload the JPG or PDF files for proof because the file sizes heavy. I do have proof with me, please let me know how i can send them to you.
