This is regarding the miss use of the Railway benefits of Anugraha Railway community Center Bangalore City by the X employee of Railway.

I booked the Community Center for an occasion and I heard many of the Railway employees complaining about the Manager of the Community Center who is making much issues with rowdysim.

I had been to the center for a look about the maintenance of the center. The manager approached me and said that all other facilities like decoration, vessels, lightings etc are available at his own risk. He demanded to book those facilities with him only.

He also strictly said outsiders will not be allowed for decorating the center if then will be damaged by him.

He demands more charges than the market price for the other facilities like decoration, lightings, vessels etc.

All that I ask is why do Railway Employees prefer Community center its because of high price of rent and other facilities in the market.

But these type of Managers who is a RETIRED PERSON not fit for those kind of responsibilities takes an advantage for demanding and threatening the employees by having some HIGHER INFLUENCE and making money.

How does the Employees will to have such kind of Community Center as a benefit in their mind and thus this incident makes an employee to be self motivated.

I request the Govt or the Ministry to take immediate action to avoid such miss use of the Railway Employees benefits and let the Employees enjoy the benefit without fear further.
