i am dr.harchetan singh . i stay at officers guest house at chandigarh railway station regularly from 9am to 6.40 pm almost daily. and i am not satisfied with their management and behaviour,, ex the room alloted to meis called phlox is constantly give to other guests,, dressing table missing from room,people staying and drinking alchohol in the room at night time, things missing etc..... 0n31st of august i wanted to complain about the tata sky box which belonged to my room was changed during night and given too another room , when i asked it back from the manager he refused me and told me the validity of the box have expired , but i know the validity of the box in my room doesnt expire upto 10th of every month ..and when i asked for complaint book the manager mr.brijmohan rudely refused me to provide it , and told me he provides complaint books only for good comments and not for complaints, and told me to drop my complaint in the complaint box at reception..which i think they can easily take out and throw away,, but i did not have anything else to do so i droped my complaint letter in the suggestion box...... i hope u look into this matter .. and also look into why the manager have so much power to refuse provide the complaint book to a guest.
