On 09-02-11 i went to reservation counter of Sonarpur Railway Station. There i faced very bad experience of misbehave from a lady officer of the reservation counter. The incident was described as per follows:
i collected a reservation ticket from the lady. After that, i asked her two fresh reservation forms for cancellation of my two tickets (At that time i had 4 tickets for cancellation). After that i again went to her with cancellation forms duly filled by me for cancellation the two tickets. She just busted me & told me to go other counter for do so; wheras she was totally free. I just surprised to hear this & went the other counter. After cancellation of the ticket i again went to the lady officer to ask her to give me two new fresh forms. these was required for cancellation of my balance two tickets. Then she whispered something to one of her male collegue & the gents officer statrted to argue me why i need the reservation forms? what is my name? etc. After lot of arguement he gave me only one form.
Then i left the station with a very bad mood just because of the misbehave of the lady officer. Actually she needs to learn how to behave other; specially like public service sectors.
