I was traveling to UK for almost a month and I had always insisted on carrying my Indian number and getting one there if need be. And this always resulted in heavy massive bills more than 25k everytime that I went there. So this time i thought of using a Matrix International sim card for UK. I had heard a lot about it from my friends who’d used it for their travels across many eurpoean countries. I got in touch with them via their online request form and within no time, they had someone call me to understand my needs, like my duration of stay, the kind of calling pattern whether its more local or more calls to India. They’d sent a sales person with the sales kit in a days time who not only explained the tariff that he was giving me with reasoning based on my calling needs (rental free). He explained everything in detail from inserting the sim, settings incase I had some issues connecting automatically and then giving me their indian customer care number incase of any issues. Not that I needed to use their customer number, because I had no issues literally. Maybe just one with signals but that was with T-Mobil in general that day. I got back, someone came and picked up the sim. I mean such I wasn’t really expecting such services from any service provider in India, but Matrix sure did give me that service experience. I would use their services even at a little premium!
