My KENT RO is giving problem from last 3-4 months & i have lodged complains in Customer Care almost 6 - 7 times within the given period.The problem is aggravating due to lack of willingness to fix the complete problem in one go from KENT services side.I am looking for a permanent fix to avoid intermittent issues going around.Its poor post sales services.
Kent Service staff is unco-operative & disobliging in terms of timings and never ready to visited my place after 6:00 PM.Even team leader of service staff is sound detached from companies reputation and customer service.His expressions indicated that no one in Kent service can do anything about it and he has not obligation to serve. He can only help given his terms and conditions.
The responses i usually got after calling them is like they are least interested in my problem even if its critical.
My problem usually got resolved on Saturday even if it occurs on Monday and i face immense discomfort arranging for drinking water whole week.
I have completely lost faith in KENT as a brand and your services. I am feeling that its my mistake that i purchased Kent as compared to other available option in market paying extra premium.Its an indicator of customers losing faith in KENT due to poor services.
I will suggest other to never buy Kent RO System.
