Dear Concern,

I got the Email that for 50 rupees I would be given 6 movies tickets. however when I made the payment the amount was not ask for and not asked for pin card also. I assume that the amount deducted could be for rupees 50 .However after the transaction was complete the total of 1730 rupees was deducted from my account.
In the website there is no customer care number. has given for the support and on the provided email when I complaint on the provided email I got the mail that they are busy they got multiple mails everyday.
Kindly take appropriate action against them.
