Madhavi Gas Agency - Indane Gas - Indane gas request getting cancelled and i am got getting LPG refil

Hi Sir,

I got a LPG connection for domestic gas and my consumer number is CX958080. I booked LPG refill on 11/17 and my booking reference # was 817375. The cash memo was generated (3000250263) on 11/30 but my booking request was automatically cancelled on 12/6. I again booked LPG refill on 12/14 and my booking reference # is 834098. The cash memo 3000280170 was again generated on 12/27 but my booking request was automatically cancelled on 12/31. It has been 2 months since i am trying to get the LPG refill.

I have visited Madhavi Gas Agency multiple times and I have not got any help from gas agency folks. Please help
