This is J.Paranthaman. I have been delivered with a Maruti Dzire on 02/02/2011. First of all I booked for Silky Silver color only, but after 3.5 months they told that it will take another 3 months to delivery, if it is White then it will be possible in a week time. Due to situation ( Im a spinal Cord Operated Patient and Im working in a factory for time ). There is no other choice for me in that time. So delivered with White Color Car.While Im taking the car itself I found an AIR bubble in the rear wheel ( Left ) of my car and I just informed Mr.Pichandi, my representative and he replied it will not create any issues while driving, but when I took my car for registeration to Gudiyatham ( To and Fro in Highways ), unfortunately I found my tyre has been torn and there was a deep cut throughout my tyre. Im really very upset with that happening and even I cant sleep over many nights and I have come to Maruti Group from another car group, it very much bothers. I was very much worried and sentimentally felt bad, even my family was upset. The tyre can not be used further. I send mail complaint the next day to dealer. At the time of first service, I handed over the hard copy and directly registered complaint and they accepted to replace the tyre, so I handed over the torn tyre along with wheel. Till date there is no proper response from the dealer, now they are telling the new story that over phone,the MRF peoples says that that is not manufacturing fault. But Im sure that it happened only because of AIR bubble in tyre. Every day Im making phone call and daily getting reply that they will call back but not at all called me.
In this situation, Im daily taking my car with a fear about when it will get puncture with out a stephnie, I cant take my car to any long trips and functions.
Even though Im the owner of the car paid 7 lakhs, I cant change the tyres from MRF company to the one which I need.
After a long time span, I made a complaint with Maruti customer care ( Complaint No. 43******** ), received by Mandeep. Still the problem is not rectified.
Im really fed up with the way of responce from customer care, the dealer.
