Hello Mr.Gupta, M.D., Kent RO Water Purifier
I am resident of A.P.Bhavan, 1, Ashoka Road, New Delhi. I have purchased a Kent Gold Ro Water purifier 20 Ltrs. last year from S.R.Nagar Market. After 8 months the water from the candle stopped falling. So with lots and lots of pain i could get the parts all replaced costing nearly Rs.600/-. But i am soo sorry to state that since the day i have replaced the problem of water not falling into the lower tank. We daily inject injection atleast 10-12 times a day. Now the injection has also become so tiet that we are not able to do it anymore. With repeated request calling your customer care for solving my problem and continuously calling Mr.Sanjay Chopra for repair / replacement of the newly placed parts..............no response till date since this the 6th month running...........
I request you to kindly look to ur customer care complaints where 100s of complaints are still not attended and now we are sorry to say and regretting for taking this KENT RO Water Purifier.
I have read ur dream come true project of Kent.........why u have thought to start a business of such kind... but can u please look into the complaint and try to solve problem facing by ur kent RO in other families too. the customer care is not interested to look into the matter and say that they are selling lakhs of ur product..........selling is ur profit and buying is our loss for life.
