1. I took the Education loan from PNB Samana branch, and paying the EMI's (i.e 3500 approx).
2. On 31st December 2014 Mr. Anil Gupta (Sr. Manager) called me and forced to pay the amount of Rs. 2000 stating that your account is overdue. You have to deposit the Amount of 2000, Instead there was already overflow of 4000. But due to their negligence they didn't check the account balance, and called me up.
3.After all this, I was shocked to see the letter issued by Sr. Manager that your account is ovedraft by Rs. 3072/- dated 3-01-15. Sir, On 31st December 2014 my Account was overflow by 6800. But they issued me a letter of overdraft, Which was really Shocking.
4. I go to Sr. Manager for the justification, and Mr. Anil Gupta Ji insulted me that you are not paying your installments properly, etc. etc. I asked them that Sir my account is overflow you just check your records, they refused to check the account, and started shouting on me, and stated that you are free to complaint against me anywhere, and stated that nobody can harm me, and at the same time Mr. Gaurav(another staff member) came and they both Insulted me, and said you are habitual to do such acts in the bank premises, and also directed the security guard of the bank to lock the bank so that I may not go outside the bank premises. And also that they should teach me a lesson.
5. They also directed the security guard to call the police to arrest me in the case of misbehave in branch. You please state that if I go there for the wrong issuance of letter (Is this misbehave by my side).
6. There was number of customers present in the branch, of which some persons were personally known to me, who laughed at me, when your Sr. manager and mr. Gaurav insulted me using insulting words.
7. Sir I am running a coaching Institute in Samana & having good reputation in the society. But with the above said unlawful act I am badly disreputed in the public presented in the bank.
Sir kindly give me the fair response, and do the needful, earlier 3-4 Mr. Anil Gupta Insulted me in the branch.
