I'm was using idea (********03) GSM service. while porting itself i got good Experience!!! after porting to IDEA i suffered 15 days to get incoming call activation!!!!!!!! so i decided to port after 3 months. so i requested for MNP i got port number also. before sending that PORT request i cleared my outstanding bill, !DEA care executive told, sir pay some Extra it'll help you because it'll take 7 days to PORT. so i paid. while paying he dint say anything. in between i called to idea care and asked about my PORT she told it'll convert wait 2,3 days. now idea customer care guy telling sir u visit Idea outlet thr is some formality u need to compleet. from 13.03.2012 to 1.04.2012 i'm suffering to make out going call. if thr is any miss call also i need to open another phone n call. for dailing i need to open another phone!!!!!!!!
vodafone care people telling it's in vodafone prepaid!! IDEA customer care guy telling ur bill is generating you need to pay??? y should i pay monthely rentel?? it's not my mistake. IDEA Care people not released my number yet so its their mistake....
