Dear Concern,

Myself is Rajender Prasad , I have already worked in origination (Max Hypermarket NOW IS AUCHAN) as a Receiving Supervisor From 19th Aug-2011 to Sep-2012.

I was join in the Shubhash Ngr Store (New Delhi) and at the Opening time of Gurgaon Hyper I was transferred Delhi to Gurgaon hyper.

My Resignation Date is 11th Sep 2012 at gurgaon store and give the 4 days notice period because my my total leaves was (All purpose leave) pending I did not take any leave during my work time in Max Hypermarket.

I have filled my F&F Form in Jun-12 in presence of M/s Parul Sharma but after this filling I have not any response from Hr of Gurgaon Max Hyper .

I am Still Wating for my F&F because this is urgent need.

After this I will fill my PF form due to urgent need of Money because I have some serious personal issues of money requirement.

So help me please its really urgent.

please help me ..pleaseee...
