I had worked in jardine henderson ltd from july12-march13,I have not received my pay slip from sept12 onwards and I have not received my pf no,form16 & my salaries,etc amounting to Rs2 lakh is due.

Complainant's Goal: to get my dues & form16 to pay my legal tax
