Hi,

I was recharging my MTS data card with INR 298 by MOBIKWIK website on 10th Oct 2014,money was debited from my bank a/c and was credited to MOBIKWIK a/c but was not credited to my MTS data card account, I lodged ticket with Mobikwik and ticket no is 1357609, they closed my ticket by saying it was their internal server issue due to which transaction was failed and credit my account later,I reopened the ticket but didn't get any response from them

I went through with the reviews for this site and seems same thing has happened with may others as well and seems it is fraud site and they are looting and cheating people, I would request you to please interfere here and save people money from these looters, I have attached here response email
