I bought mobile phone online on indiatime shopping on 11 jun 2013. expected delivery was 26 Jun 2013. I did not receive product upto that day. then I canceled that order online still they they send product on 4 july 2013. (after 10 days of cancellation). when product was received its original seal was broken. when contacted to customerserveice, they asked to send snapshot of tempered product. after that i keep calling for their feedback. i did not recieve any call or email and finally they closed my complaint without any fruitful communication. now i have ended with lost of 8000 rs and tempered mobile with me. i want refund or new replacement for that.
