i am travelling by train no.12626 from gwalior till salem in a.c. 2 tier. i am astonished by the services of the indian railways.
There is no clealiness in the coach. No proper services from the pantry. since morning there 2 only 2-3 vendors for tea n no water has been supplied by the vendors. the cooling in the coach is worst. i had requested an attendent to improve the cooling n give me acomplaint register but the way he talked with me is very annoying. we are being charged good to travel but the kind of services indian railways is providing is not all satisfactory.
