This is my 2 consecutive in a row where I have to wait more than 15 days for delivery of refill cylinder since booking the refill. This has started since Jan'11 and I have been complaining ever since every month.
This time the Shiv Shakti Gas agency has crossed all limits, wherein they have not yet delivered the refill booked on Feb 28 despite, I visit their office address twice a time, where i shocked that did'nt booked my cyclender due to forget the booking. I don't know what going on I repeatly request becasue i have one cyclender. So Why they have not delivered the refill in time is anyone's guess (would have perhaps bee sold in black to some commercial vendor) because I certainly haven't received it yet.
This is my last attempt to get things fixed and if this still happens again, I WILL HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO GO TO CONSUMER COURT.
