I want to know how much should I pay to the delivery boy when we paid Rs.353 He refused to deliver the gas and asked my wife to come and take delivery in the Office . Moreover he has demanded Rs.370 to deliver the gas When asked why for ground floor it is Rs.365, for 1st floor it is Rs.370 and for 2nd Floor it is Rs.380 and so on. Then he was not in uniform.

Complainant's Goal: to Know whether a delivery person can demand and to know the breakup of Rs.353
