MY GODREJ SPLIT AC 1.5 TON WAS HAVING PROBLEM AND I COMPLAINT TO 1********11 AND THEY DIRECTED NATASHA (ATHORISED GODREJ SERVICE CENTER)AT COCHIN.AFTER REPETED CALL MECANIC CAME AFTER 3 DAYS AND TOOK A ELECTRICAL BORD FROM THE AC AND GONE.HE TOLD TWO COPACITERS ARE TO BE CHANGED.HE TOLD HE WILL COME IN THE EVANING.I STARTED CALLING THE OFFICE AS WELL AS THE MECANIC,NO ONE PICKUP THE PHONE .NOW IT IS 8 PM.5DAYS NOW FOR SERVICING A AC.AND STILL NO ONE CAME OR INFORMED ME.TOMORROW IS SUNDAY AND I KNOW THEY WILL NOT COME OR ANSWER ME.I AM NOT AT ALL HAPPY WITH YOUR AUTHORISED SERVICE PEOPLE.MY COMPLAINT NO IS-1********3 AND CSN 927.
REQUEST YOU TO TAKE PROPER ACTION.
I AM HAVING DIFFERENT COMPANICES DIFFERENT HOUSEHOLD EQUPMENTS AND ALL THEY ARE BETTER THAN YOUR AGENCY
