Employee Provident Fund - EPF Amt.- no response after correction of my Bank account No.

Dear sir,
I am zamarrud shireen, I was worked before UNICON INVESTMENT SOLUTION, KOTA RAJASTHAN my job contract is over in march -2009 and I was applied for my EPF withdrawal amount, still now the EPF amount was not credited in my account. And another request is I was given HDFC bank salary account number but by poor epf office services my wrong a/c number printed on my checks, then my check is return from my bank account. After that I was go to delhi epf office and complete all process regarding to corrections of my bank account number but now I am waiting for my epf amount last 6 months . Hence, I requesting you to please give me the solution to the above subject, and give me the message to my mail ID (my mail ID is zamar.shireen@gmail.com) please do the needful sir.
