Sir,I harinder Singh is writing this complaint to inform you that i had bought Super splendor on 12/04/2012 but i am facing problem from 2nd day itself, i then complined on the same day but the matter is not yet resolved, probem is there in gear working that if i am moving at 4th gear and then try to bring it down to 3rd then in that case it moves to neutral, i had complained it may times but no action is being taken.
I belong to a poor family and somehow managed to own a bike but if it isgiving problem from the 2nd day itself and is not being resolved then after warranty is over iu thing no action would be taken fromn your side.
I want a replacement of this bike as soon as possible. Please help me out to come out of this problem.
