FIR (GD) lodged with Narayanpur O.P. by Siddha Pines Residents yesterday night (under Airport Police Station) on 11-NOV-2012 against Siddha Group for causing inconvenience to residents while entering Siddha Pines premises due to Trucks/trailers/earth-movers blocking access to the entrance, etc. Yesterday, many people (in cars) had to wait for more than an hour to enter Siddha Pines due to blockage of the access road. This problem is being faced everyday by the Siddha Pines residents.
Even at day time, due to trucks parked on either side of the gates, it's a complete blind spot and people/automobiles coming out of the complex can hit or get hit by vehicles plying on the road.
Apart from these, there are so many other pendng issues whih the Siddha Group (promoters) & they are either very lax or don't worry about these at all and have kept them pending since a long time.

i have been following up with siddha group since over 1 year for the change of ownership but hence no resolve has been made till date,all the legal document has been submitted and every procedure has been cleared what they have to asked us for the change of ownership, whenever im calling in the cm care department they are misleading poor service no cooperation has been made they will tell they will get back to us but no response,hence they have made me bound to take this step to complain about them if this dosnt work i will be taking an legal action through court because its high time now
I am living in Siddha town from last 3 years. Construction quality is very poor. We resident can't trust on the words of this promoter. They start profiting for maintenance charge and caused 80 lakh profit. They have sniffonned 80 lakh security deposit. We do not wish to comment on the facts of the incident on that night, such as, status of the complainant, the time period for which they are kept on hold, the response from the contractor/truck driver and the response from the security personnel etc. However, assuming that the situation was still unbearable for the flat owners, our head of facilities personally contacted the flat owners who had assembled at Siddha Pines on 11th November, 2012 morning around 10am and requested them to discuss their problem with him. Regretfully, they were abrupt and were not willing to talk. He also requested them to discuss the matter with him as he looks after such matters independently.
He also contacted the MD who was travelling. Since the MD felt that flat owners should not be anguished during the festival period and wanted to personally discuss the matter with them on telephone which was denied by all of them. The facilities head even tried to keep his phone on speaker so that they can talk to the MD and may be satisfied as he was willing to assure them to give his best after hearing the matter and to resolve the matter.
The Facilities head had also written a mail to the residents’ representative body earlier, a copy of the same is pasted below and is self explanatory.
To our surprise the representative body did not respond to his mail and about the meeting to resolve the matters.

As the Facility Head and person designated to deal with all issues of Siddha Pines, at about 12:10 pm today I endeavored to hold a meeting with some of the residents with regard to the issues they claimed to have but despite my earnest entreaties, the meeting was refused. Undeterred, I again tried to hold the meeting at about 12:40 pm today but again I was ignominiously repulsed. In the circumstances, I was prevented from discharging my duty, though I made sincere attempts to do the needful repeatedly. FYI please.

I have also faced this several times & as a Residents of Siddha Pines can say we don't have any safety, privacy. Every moment we are afraid that will be hit by any truck, dumper etc. Most of the common areas are already damaged, buildings are cracked, water leakage in many areas & Siddha Management does not bother all these issues. I am a resident of Siddha Wateefront, Rahara, Kolkata. Have been facing several issues.. From 31st May morning, there has been no water supply due to pump failure. IT IS TO BE NOTED THAT THERE IS SINGLE PUMP supplying water in 5 blocks.. Sirprisingly there is no alternate pumping system.. you should be aware that aged persons andinfanys are also part of family. It is understood that there may be huccups, but no supply of water
For 24 hours!! And that too in this summer heat!! Now it is learnt that a mew pump is being ordered. So, the generator is a used one as well as thr pumps. Very ynfortunate situation. You should be more cautious regarding supply of water is the basic necessity. Unfortunate to say that the authority should take notice of yje staff deployed here..since it jas been noticed tjat tanks overflow continuously, many a times we called up facilty office to inform. MaintenNce, i must say is pathetic.
