Iam a very old customer of yours since u were"Command".My no is ********10 & billing account is1.10301964.I am presently staying abroad for the past two years. My profession makes it imperative to hold the same cell no as otherwise it would be a very big inconvenience to patients & me alike.I had kept my no for safekeeping during my last visit to India by paying Rs 600 for a year vide receipt no-0240********091 dt02Dec 2009 at your vodafone store at Tollygunge(SP No:TGP/09/SP01/4740--Dt02/12/2009)
I have come to kol on 11 Sept 2010 & was surprised to see that my phone was active as soon as I inserted my SIM,which is not what I had experienced the last time I came 2 India.Any way I visited your Tollygunge shop & I was told that my a/c had been activated in April 2010---by whom I do not have any clue as I was not in the country at the time. They assured me that they would sort this matter & let me know. After all this trouble I have received a SMS on15/09/2010 stating that I have an outstanding bill ofRs 506.43 due by 03/10/2010.
Iam thoroughly disgusted with the situation at hand & I do not have the time to visit your outlet every time u folks ask to sort things out & the verbal assurances hold no meaning at all for me after this experience.
Please look into the matter & kindly give me a proper feedback about what action has been taken or where I stand now.
Hoping to get a proper redressal of this problem & looking forward to an early response.
Thanks,
Dr Suresh Menon.
