HDFC CREDIT CARD RECOVERY EXECUTIVE - Harrasment by senior executives

Dear Sir,


I have been literally harassed by one your senior executives called tajender singh who sits at the rajori garden office of HDFC bank he has been calling me 24/7 since friday 10th of decemeber. This was in reagrds to my credit card payment which was due to my business travels if you see my records you will find out that i havent used my card for a month now i explained him the issue told him that iam out of station and will make the payment on monday. But due to my flight delay i couldnt reach the bank he is been talkin to me rudely and threatning me that he will take the payments from my dad he even abused me over the phone he also messaged me on my phone through his personal mobile no. which is ********30 and today it was hights of nonsense he is calling me and telling we dont entertain defaulters like you this is not the way how you talk to your customers i have been using HDFC services since 2000 and never had any executive talkin to me like this.

All the conversation i mentioned has happened on your senior executives mobile no. and when i told him that i will file a complain towards him he said do whatever you want to.

i dont know wether this complain would be entertained. But if it does i would request you to take strict action on such executives who has no etiquates to talk to your valuable clients and even girls.

iam really unhappy and would not like to continue having a account with HDFC or even a credit card.
