IN THE MONTH OF MARCH-2010 I HAVE RECEIVED A CALL FROM BARCLAYS BANK MUMBAI AND SAYING THAT WE OFFER YOU A ONE POLICY FOR YOU IF YOU TAKE THIS MATLIFE POLICY WE INCRICE YOUR CREDIT LIMIT 1 LCK AND WE ISSUE A NEW CREDIT CARD TO YOU,YOU HAVE PAID ONLY THREE EMI OF RS.721/- AND AFTER PAYING THREE EMI WE SEND YOU A NEW CARD AND CREDIT LIMIT OF RS.1 LACK.BALANCE EMI PAID BY BARCLAYS AND YOU ARE NOT ALIGIBAL FOR ANY POLICY BENIFIT AFTER TAHT I AGREE FOR THIS POLICY AND I HAVE PAID MY THREE EMI ON TIME IN THE MONTH OF AUG-2010 I GOT MY INVOICE AND I AM SHOKED EMI IS NOT STOP BY BARCLAYS AND NOT SEND ME NEW CARD.AFTER MARCH TO JULY EVERY 15TH DAYS THEY CALL ME FOR THAT EMI PAID OR NOT WE ARE WITH YOU AFTER YOUR THREE EMI PAID WE SEND YOU YOUR NEW CARD BUT THREE EMI COMPLITED THAT PHONE IS STOPED,IN AUG-2010 I CALL TO BARCLAYS CUSTOMER CARE AND LOGED A REQUEST FOR THIS BUT THEY SAID WE DONT KNOW ABOUT YOUR POLICY AND ANY OFFER GIVEN TO YOU FROM BARCLAYS AND AFTER THAT I STOP MAY PAYMENT.NOW HIS CALL CENTER IS DAILY CALL ME ON MY MOBILE AND AT MY HOME FOR DUE AMOUNT AND HARRASSMENT DONE I HAVE ALL THIS RECOR IN MY MOBILE.AND WANT TO CLEAR MY METTAR AS I USED THIS CARD I HAVE ONLY READY TO PAY 210/-RS.I HAVE USED FOR MY MOBILE BILL PAYMENT ON 19.07.2010.SO PLEASE HELP ME AND RESOLVE MY ISSUE.
