I had requested to stop Airtel network services of my Airtel No ********74 on 31/08/2013 at Airtel SG Road Service center and the registered request no was 52572413 and accordingly Airtel services were already disconnected from 01/09/2013 on my said no.
I was not availing Airtel network services from 1st September 2013 as per my disconnection request on 31st August till I received the bill for month of September of Rs 842.70 as per Invoice no 208082460 dated 04/10/2013 for the bill period 02/09/2013 to 01/10/2013. For this I repeatedly wrote to Airtel customer care but no satisfactory reply received from them. Finally I visited Airtel Ahmadabad S G Road service station on dated 16/10/2013 and Mr Kamlesh who was Airtel representative admitted that it was Airtel mistake for generating September bill as Airtel services are all ready stopped on said no from 1st September. He and officer in charge promised me that they will revive the bill and assured that at any cost Airtel will not charge the said false generated bill from my direct debit facility of HDFC credit card account. As per Airtel officers demand I provided my ID proof and Credit Card no from which Direct Debit facility was there. Accordingly they provided me the request no 13******** and 13********. Instead of my all efforts Airtel charged false bill of Rs 842.70 from HDFC Credit Card Account on dated 17/10/2013.
Now It is funny that Airtel had generated unbilled amount for month of October also. As I am not availing any services from Airtel from 1st September and instead of my several notices Airtel had charged undue amount from my account as a criminal practice by doing fraud with me which finally resulted as mental harassment on me.
Is this is right attitude of Airtel with their customers? Is this is not the mental harassment with any customer for charging for which he had not availed network services ?
Airtel officers are requested to give me appropriate decision after verifying all factual and requested to refund their undue charged amount with interest and other damages.
