Dear Sir,
MTS is not activating my Data card despite of my payment of 1913 Rupees with Bill No 343 paid at Saltlake City center store,Kolkata.
I was suffering from Hepatitis and was not able to visit and pay the bills on Jan , Feb 2016. There Office called and told me to make the payment and sent the SMS Bill with due date 18-Mar-2016.
I made the cash payment of 1913 Rupees.
But now their customer care tells that my card is permanently deactivated and can not be be activated again.
But when they called yesterday for payment they said that the service will start as soon as the payment cleared.
Please help and activate the service or else refund my dongle price along with the fine for harassing the customer.
