IRCTC MAKING EVERYINDIAN FOOL, TATKAL BOOKING OF RAILWAY TICKETS R TOTALLY FRAUD COMMON MAN NEVER GET THE TATKAL TICKETS, THERE WAS A REPORT ON STAR NEWS ABOUT THIS FRAUD THAT AGENTS R USING SOME SOFTWARE AND GET ALL THE TICKETS AND THE COMMON MAN OR NEEDY PERSON ONLY GET THE WAITING LIST. WHENEVER WE TRY TO BOOK TATKAL TICKETS THROUGH IRCTC WEBSITE AT 8 O CLOCK IN THE MORNING ,SOMETIME ITS NOT OPEN AND SOMETIME ITS SHOW SERVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE, AFTER SOME TIME WHEN THE IRCTC SITE OPEN ALL TATKAL TICKETS R BOOKED AND IT SHOW ONLY WAITING LIST , AND I THINK THIS PROBLEM FACED BY SO MANY OTHR PEOPLE ALSO, WITH THE HELP OF SOME CORRUPT IRCTC OFFICIAL THEASE AGENTS DO SCAM OR FRAUD AND THE COMMON MAN OF THIS CORRUPT INDIA GET ONLY WAITING LIST , WAITING LINE AND WAIT FOR THE BETTER FUTURE OF OUR COUNTRY , MAADAM RAILWAY MINISTER DO SOMETHING WE HTE COMMON PEOPLE OF THIS COUNTRY LIVE IN A HELL

Really Star News has done a good job by exposing this fraud. Need to take some stringent action. Common people suffers alot with the corruptions in each step of life.

I support this complaint. This is really trouble every person face while trying to get online tatkal ticket. Illegal software used by agents should be stopped ASAP.

Thanks and congratulation to Star new for exposing this issue...which common people where got used to....more often 8 am counter and server used to get down because of agents....today i found and able to get ticket ...within a 10 minutes...everything was smooth...and i was amazed to get my tatakal ticket.....without any trouble...

I can only wish to IRCTC and tatakal officers please continue this and make comman man life easy....
