The comapny Home Care Solutions is into AMC providing for services like plumber electrician etc. The company had sent Mr. Rajeev who took a cheque of Rs. 599/- from me on 17/7/09 for the AMC. I had some inhibitions about the services which he assured me and also made me talk to his senior Sachin Sinha who again assured me about all the services.
I lodged in a complaint of 18th for a computer engineer which they told me that he will come on 19th. The person never turned up. I again lodged a complaint on 21st the reply was the same that he will come tommorow nobody came. On 22nd I called Sachin Sinha who in turn told me that I am very sorry for the botheration let me check what has happened and I\'ll revert to you in an hours time. Since than 3 days have passed neither he is picking up the phone nor he is calling back.
I think they have eaten up my money. The call centre people give a standard reply the person will come tommorow. and do not give any no. of the seniors.
I would take up this matter to consumer forum and media as well.

Home care soloutions are Total Fraud, The only tel number 0********21 given while registration is Wrong and its disconnected, there is no other way this company can be contacted.
There is no reply on the email given by them home.caresolutions@yahoo.in
Total waste of money as I have not even used one service from them.
These fraud companies should beb checked before they exist.

I support this complaint... My ID is JSN 2860. Since i made the payment by cheque they must be having some bank account. For opening the Account some documentation is necessary by the bank. we all can trap that. By luck we may get our money back and the fraud person could be behind the bars. Its a breach of faith.
