I had booked air tickets for Mauritius departure on 17th May and return 24th May, through NR Travels (copy of his visiting card and bill are attached) on 31/03/2017.
Attached also is copy of my confirmed tickets from Air Mauritius website taken on 01/04/2017.
Today morning when I checked my PNR online, it showed me as ticket does not exist. So, I called the Air
Mauritius (22 6193 9898 ) office in Bombay and they told me my tickets were cancelled on 12/04/2017.

Attached also is printout from Sulekha website, from where I got the address. I went to the address in the morning but no such office exists. I have been duped of Rs 139000 by Mr Narender Reddy of NR Travels. (Mob : ********94). I have been trying this number since morning but its coming switched off.
BE CAREFUL WHILE BOOKING AIR-TICKETS
FROM UNKNOWN TRAVEL AGENTS CONTACTING YOU THROUGH ONLINE SITES
I wanted to buy two air tickets to US in April for which I called up Sulekha.Com for travel agents & thru them got calls from different travel agents. I selected N R Travels of Thane to book my tickets and decided to make payment at their office at Thane. The owner of N R Travels - Ala Narender Reddy said he was in Delhi and requested me that his representative Akshay Pendse will come to my residence to deliver the tickets & collect the payment. I made the payment after getting the tickets by cheque after airline - Air France confirmed my booking on 6th April. The cheque was deposited in Andhra Bank Malad and was en cashed in Ala Narender Reddy's account at Jimmigadda branch of Andhra Bank at Hyderabad.
On 3rd May when I called up Air France to know the size of the cabin baggage, I was informed that my tickets are cancelled. On further enquire I was informed that my tickets were booked by MakeMy Trip. Com and was cancelled on 16th April by them.
After making online complaint on MakeMyTrip I was informed that my tickets were booked from certain mobile no and only part payment was made hence the tickets were cancelled.
Mobile nos. of Ala Narender Reddy, Akshay Pendse are switched off. They have no office at the address registered with Suleka. com & as mentioned on their letterhead, receipt and visiting card.
Neither airline nor MakeMyTrip informed me as passenger and both booking and cancellations were carried out without my knowledge. End result is I have lost Rs.1.25 lakhs.
In this case I am wondering who should be responsible for this fraud. May be my luck & trust on online sites.
I have filled complaint about this fraud with Malad Police Station and awaiting for the outcome.
