Hi, I ordered a xiaomi 10400mah power bank from "ask me bazaar.com" & when i received the item get to know that its a copy of that original & later when i contact xiaomi that said only 2 distributor in india are selling the original one xiaomi & flipkart or if its a some selling a resale product its genuine (mean if someone purchase from these 2 distributor & sell it again) there are lot of difference between 2 products original & fake as my friend have the same product purchased from flipkart & after a full charge my powerbank not give a single charge of my 32 mah battery. as i contact askmebazaar they told me that we will take a complaint #"qrc83716" on 04-feb-15 & will get back to you with in 48 to 72 hr till today i did not received a call as i given 3rd call today then i got a first call against this concern & they told that its a original product & when i ask for the invoice so that i can go to cust service of xiaomi he refused & said if you are not satisfied will give the refund. but i told them that i do not need refund i need original product or invoice.he said you r not helping us as we not able to replace the product & after talking for 10 to 15min. he said if you do not want a refund i am going to closed the complaint.
I have sent a return request via an email as well as on customer care to AskmeBazaar.com on 30th May 2015 (i.e. a month before), on very same day of receipt of product. After that I did call them many times also sent many emails. I have never received reply on any email as well as just fake commitment on phone calls that their courier person will come to collect the product and I will receive Refund. They have asked me for my Bank details also. But no one come to pick up returnable product as well as no transaction for Refund. I am afraid of any prospective fraud from their side now. Please take some action.
