1. I an employee of your high esteemed organization joined this mammoth bank on 15 Dec 2010 as ex servicemen, have the honour to state and request to your good office that please refer the honourable court’s judgment in connection to the fixation of pay to the ex-servicemen and IBA old circular no. HR&IR/MV/76/589/1822 dtd. 15th November 2011 latest circular no. HR&IR/MV/76 /589/1973 dated. 8th December 2010 and the guideline issued by Ministry of Finance Department of Financial Services by O.M. No. 3/19/2009. Esst. Pay dated 8th November 2010 from DOP&T. vide their letter no. 4/1/2010-SCT (B) dated 22nd November 2010, advising the fresh guidelines in relation to the above captioned matter.
2. It is to intimate you as I am not protected with the last pay drawn at the time of retirement from my previous service by ignoring all the elements of basic pay (PAY IN BAND+ GRADE PAY+ MSP+X-PAY+GCB ) and the DA which was not reckoned for the fitment and may please be taken into reconsideration for the re fitment according to the guidelines of the O.M. issued by the Ministry of Finance Department of Financial Services re-circulated by I.B.A.
3. My counterparts in other circles and all other PSU banks all over India is drawing. This has caused a huge disparity and imbroglio in the pay fixation which is definitely frustrating and demotivating , dedicated, disciplined, and highly skilled manpower is concerned and I think this long pending issue needs your interventions and kind considerations.
4. So Sir I request to you kindly fathom and reconsider my fitment according to the guidelines issued in the O.M. and the circular issued by IBA, Min of finance, Defence Min, and Other agencies responsible for Ex-serviceman.

I myself is also an affected person of the same case. I joined with RRB. The old creed of pay fixation demoralized me too.
As per the letter quoted above basic pay in the bank must be fixed as basic pay + grade pay + class pay mentioned in the LPC.
Other wise it is better to get opinion legally.
Serving in Indian Railway after retirement from Indian Navy Please give advise to me also

I Joined railway in EX-servicemen quota on 05/05/2010 after retirement from Army in 1800/- Grade pay. As per GOI Min of personnel Office Memo No 3/19/2009-Estt(Pay-II) dated 05th Apr 2010 my basic pay should be fixed last drawn in Army. Kindly advise me for further course of action.

I was re-employed in public sector(IOCL) on July 2009.from ex-army quota, so you are kindly requested to provide me a necessary circular for claiming pay protection for my present employer IOCL.
