Dear Sir / Madam,

I planned to shift from Delhi to Bengaluru. I finalized school The OXFORD Senior Secondary School, 1st Phase, JP Nagar for my son admission in 8th class. After tests we paid fees for the full year of Rs 85,100/- thinking we will definitely shift. We paid full year as they if we pay full year in one there is deduction of Rs 10,000/-

But due to my wife health issues couldn't shift to Bengaluru. I informe dthe same to School management thru mail and verbal with in 2 months. When we asked the refund they say as fees once paid is Non-Refundable. I argued that as my son didn't took attended any class you should return. They didn't entertain. I send two of my friends, Principal didn't even meet them.

I send one lawyer notice also, but no reply to that even.

Pls. guide what is to be done.
