Mr.Ghorpade,Dist.-Thane,Maharashtra has been constructing New
Project Spring Wood park[ M/s Skyline Developers].I have purchased
cement approx 4000 bags of Ultratech Cement from my local authorized
dealer Ultratech cement limited, address: Thane , ULTRATECH CEMENT
LIMITED , C/15, Devdarshan , 1st Floor, Kalyan, MAH,421301. It is to
have your kind attention that it has been observed that the material
you are supplying from the last month is not up to the desired quality
and standard. Recently you delivered us some trucks of cement that
consisted of 1000 cement bags. While utilizing that cement out
material tester observed clots of cements being coming from bags. It
is observed that the cement has been damped and clotting has been
taking place inside the bag. We have to complete the project in the
agreed time maintaining the standard quality of construction.I
requested dealer to inspect those damaged bags but he ignored me Not
Attending my complaint. Now,I compelled to change my mind not to use
Ultratech cement further due to the poor service of your esteemed
