I am the resident of Safderjung Enclave ( A1-154 First Floor )and my complaint is reading the DJB meter reader Mr Naresh who demanding the bribe for sharing the accurate meter reading to the DJB office .When i refused his offer than suddenly our water bills comer very high. In my family only six members and our bills comes average 333Kl (333000 l) per month and the daily average of 11100 liters which is very high.

Due to this problem i changed the meter twice in the span of one year and same updated in the DJB records but problem is not resolved.

Mr Naresh is working in the SAFDERJUNG ENCLAVE for last 15 years as meter Reader and not promoted and not transferred any where.

I requested you kindly intervene in my case and investigate the complete matter or checked the credit ability of Mr Naresh.Pl sends another person to checking my meter thoroughly.
