I, Vikas Sharma residing at H-1/106-107,3rd Floor, Sector-16 , Rohini , Delhi-85 hereby inform you about Krishna Stocks who actually cheating/conducting cyber crime through their modus operandi inviting on innocent individual investors of our proud India. I describing their modus operandi in detailed below:

I have received an SMS message from TD: KrisnaST about stating that “Opportunity Like never before Earn Guaranteed profit Up to Rs. 90000 pm in the stock market. Pay only Rs. 30000 for more details contact on 0********09. After seen the message, I contacted the said number and spoke to Mr. Rohit Aggarwal mobile no : 0********09. He appraised that if I pay money of Rs. 30, 000/- then I will get in 1 month’s time an amount of Rs. 90000 as assured money; I expressed doubt that how you get that money then he clarified that with our money they generate profit in stock market and give our commitment figure; also confirmed that we need to submit our personal details along with PAN so that they do trading by them on our account, and that they will open a new trading a/c under my name from their side. To take written confirmation I requested to send an email. I got the email confirming the above. Having impressed, I have remitted an amount of Rs. 30,000/- as cheque transfer from Axis Bank Account Name: Vikas Sharma , Account No: 2630*********1772 vide, favoring Krishna Stocks; dated 26/07/2010 cheque no 042970 in theirAxis Bank Aaccount ********1066721 . I was told by him that I will get agreement copy along with PDC cheque for Rs. 90,000 after taking confirmation,. However I haven't got PDC from them, till date ,it’s been a 6 month now and you can see many complaints against them on the CBI website reference no: 20101006-0037 and website of other forums. Now they are avoiding, not responding to the phone, the person who told me to submit the money is missing, and he is not receiving the call. After my hard efforts, I could get mobile no: Mr. Arvind Yadav (Owner of the Krishna Stocks) in first week of Sept 2010. I explained to him about instance on phone. He is agreed to pay back original service amount of Rs. 30000/-after deduction some charges after 15 days. From then on, I was tried to call him he was disappearing from the commitment day and his mobile is now switched off. Meanwhile I have sent friend of mine in their office, It was shocking to hear the facts that Mr. Arvind Yadav is running so many fictitious companies to trap customers from outside Ahmedabad . Kindly take strict action against Mr. Arvind Yadav & companies are running his supervision and not all he hired people to cheat innocent investors across India except Ahmadabad and do wrong things against them. This practice is prevailing to attract investors outside Ahmadabad. From the right beginning, I had a doubt about this company fraud; as a cheated customer, I want to blow up this fraud to public. Being innocent & law abiding citizen of our country, I request you to take legal action against the company and Mr. Arvind Yadav & Others in the interest of country & inncinent investors being cheated or deemed to be cheated. You must issue general awareness notification about this company & schemes offered by them specially will show you the moon and the sky but will not even give you the land.
All the employees of Krishna stocks are cheaters and participants of fraud / plotters of misleading customers. Mr. Arvind Yadav is a big big cheater & his melafide intention is prejudice in the interest of investors & country. Mr. Arvind Yadav along with Rohit Aggarwal : 0********09 , Rajiv Sharma : 0********38 , Lucky : 0********19 , Arvind Yadav : 0********61 , Ravi Soni : 0********37 must be punished.
