I have filled petrol of RS 1000 in IOCL SREE SAI VEERA Service station RETIBOWLI, and handover my credit card to the staff for payment, he made two transaction of Rs 1000 each and brought only one receipt for my signature, I Received two SMS to my mobile with a minute gap for Rs 1000, I have called the Bank to enquire what has happened and they have confirmed that two transaction were made and both of them got approved, that means they have done both the transaction deliberately and I think this a clear Fraud, in fact another customer in front of my car was also a victim of other kind of fraud which you can see in CC TV footage, This fraud is happening with the consent of the Service station management and I would request you to investigate and take appropriate action against the management. I request you not to allow this service station to continue anymore under the same management who are used to this kind of fraud, Moreover this is not the first time I am facing this kind of fraud I have evidenced such frauds in this station multiple times in multiple forms.

I Request you to take action against this kind of fraud and also request through you to pay me back the money they have taken from my credit card.
