I have purchased samsung galaxy s2 from indiasouq.com on 02-Aug-2013 for rs.10,000. order no.1925 , ccavenue reference no. CCA13HQUN692. Payment mode is net banking, using account 'state bank of Hyderabad ' , my product was under pending status until the website went into maintenance mode, I tried contacting them on phone +91 ********44, numerous calls, but no avail,not once answered my call, i tried contacting them on email id Himanshu.nagpal@indiasouq.com, found in the order acknowledgement email received from orders@ccavenue.com, requested them for the refund, sent several emails, once i got a reply saying amount would be refunded, nothing happened.

This website 'indiasouq.com' is a fake one which i have failed to notice prior to the purchase, online reviews, blogs reveal many people have become victims of this website, everywhere they have negative reviews, they will never deliver a product, just swindle money,now they seem to have shut their website.
