Hi Sir/Madam,
I had a booking with Forest View Home Stay, Saragodu on 27th May 2017 to visit the venue on 24th and 25th of June 2017. On 11th June for reasons we had to cancel our visit to the home stay and the same was communicated to the owner. I had paid 4000 INR to his back account as advance payment and had agreed to pay the full amount on the visit.
As we cancelled the room we requested for refund and the owner agreed to send the money on 25th June 2017 as he would get money by other customer.
Till date the owner has not sent money and is avoiding phone calls and whatsapp messages. Please help me get money back.
