Hi,
I was charged with 1000 Rs for not having 2 wheeler Insurance. I told them I do have in home but I do have Registration no and this is a new bike and have 1 year validity. As per your norm we couldn't issue Registration no without Insurance. But I was forced to pay 1000RS.
I Paid the 1000 Rs. but when I checked with RTO Rules for Fine, It should be 300 Rs. I do have a question are these Traffic guys are educated on the fines or not ? These traffic guys are from Madhapur, Hyderabad.

Please take a strict action on them.
