I have ordered a saree in shopkio.com on 05.02.2018 for Rs990.Then I have read the reviews about their products, most of the reviews are given the negative feedback about their products, so I decided to cancel my order immediately and I have done it in their website successfully within a hours of time of the my order. But today I received the message that my ordered item have been dispatched by them. Then I have checked their website about my order details, it have been shown that my order has confirmed and dispatched. I tried to contact with the phone number given in the website, but no response to my call. I don’t want to receive that item dispatched by them. I want to get my money back.According to their return policy, Once We received the item and if We return back it, we won’t get back my money, We can only order the other item. But I don’t want to buy anything from them. I have the proof of my cancellation.
