BSNL - BSNL Excess Billing - BB usage charged at night time with unlimited plan

Hi,

Previously I was having Dataone broadband plan BBG FN Combo 600. On July 2010, I have changed the plan to the current plan (BBG FN Combo 500). With this current broadband plan, unlimited download facility is available from 2AM to 8AM. But downloads done during this time is also billed & hence it has crossed the broadband usage limits. This is the reason I have received the bills for August & September 2010 with a surged amount as below.

Up to July-2010, I was receiving normal bills ranging from 700 - 800. But howcome after changing to a low plan cost this much high. This is because the download at the night time (2am - 8am) also charged. Please help to sort out this issue at the earliest.


I request you to please look into the matter and rectify the bill amount to settle from my end.
