I purchased a Blackberry 9300 (Curve 3G) smartphone from www.letsbuy.com vide invoice number ********95 on 18 May 2011.
Till date (within 13 months) this has been sent for repairs 3 times for issues with the track pad and twice (last in November 2011 - within 6 months of purchase) the front panel has been replaced.
The service center this was sent to was Prodcon Tech Services Pvt. Ltd, Borivali (W), Mumbai.
Last time on 5th June it was sent to the service center again and all 3 times the same issue (menu pad stops working)
The service center has not been helpful here and just say it will be sent for repairs.
Along with this issue I am also facing issues of frequent hanging of the phone and missing calls (the caller gets a phone switched off message even when it is switched on).
Can i hope for a better resolution this time rather than the panel being changed?
