Dear Sir,

Avish Enetrprise Pvt Ltd(Kolkata office: P-808 Lake town, Kolkata) has cheated me 20000.00 INR. Last year September,2011 one executive from that
company came to us for installing a mobile tower installation. Intially they signed an agreement
with us and taken an DD of 20000.00 INR as deposit. As per the agreement,
they was supposed to start work within 1 month. Till the final rent to come in effect, they was also entitled to give an
interest of 14% on the deposited amount.

After one and half month, they were not doing anything. Then I called them up and they ensured to come within 15 days to start the work.
But they did not come and after that they changed their contact number and they were not tracable.At that time they also shifted their office to
148, Jessore Road, Dumdum nagerbazar, Kolkata.

I have visited several times to their Dumdum branch, but office remained closed for long days. Then I called their head office at Jamshedpur(91-0657-2756296).
They told me that I have to talk to Mr. Ankan Das and Tarun Kr Nath who are the owner of Kolkata branch. They also told me that the amount has not been deposited to them.
My question is if I need to talk to them, why they had given franchise to those person or why they are not taking any steps against the money duped.

By the several number of visits to the land lord office, I came to know the name and address of the person as below:

I have given many important information regarding the person who duped large amount of money from many people of WB.I think they are now duping people in otehr parts of WB. Please do something for the sake of the nation.
