I have again submitted my mobile today .My job no is THN250********0.As you have a big brand apple your service is not at all that good .I am totally disappointed and fed up using apple phone .I have been sumitting my iphone the 5 th time still my problems are not solved .The same problems are occurring again and again .The mobile is frequently getting hanged during the time of emergency .Auto rotation is not working properly and there is also touch issue .Inspite of sending my iphone to banglore for repair i have not got the proper solution .so now i request u to plz replace my handset .The repair service of iphone is not all upto the mark .I have busy schedule ,i have been going again again to the service center .Due to several problems and not a permanent solution for it ,I think u replace my handset .
I submitted my Macbook Air 2 weeks back in Macintel Service Center, kolkata -700026 (report No 40738). The service center informed that "logic board" is not working and needs to be replaced. But from past 2 weeks they are not able to get the part and don't even know what will be the expected date. This kind of behavior is not acceptable from Apple service Center.
If the part is not available then kindly replace it with new mac book air. I has not even been 1 year and already laptop's "logic board" have issues.

I purchased one iphone SE in the month of May 2017. after 1.5 months the screen started responding randomly. went to service centre and they confirmed that there is a hardware issue. Now how could a 1.5 months old iphone can have hardware issue.
I have been provided with a defective phone and no repaired phone will be acceptable to me.
